Therapy is just like a conversation, we ask a lot of questions, we take a lot of notes, we get to know you, identify your goals and areas we need to work on. We also welcome questions at any time, remember this therapy process is for you and we are here to help you.
The therapy process is guided by you. You will never be asked to do or discuss something that you are not ready for. We always take our lead from you. But, if you would like us to challenge you, we can do that also.
We develop a treatment plan to help you meet your goals and work through the issues you are experiencing.
