In our individual counselling sessions, we prioritize your well-being and individual needs to create the best experience possible. We understand that every person is unique, with your own set of challenges, experiences, goals, and strengths, and we tailor our approach to meet those specific needs.

We provide a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential space where you can freely express yourself and explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive environment. We are a person-centred clinic, which means our therapists genuinely care about and respect your individuality.  









We also believe it is important to empower you to become an active participant in your own counselling journey, as you are the expert of your own life. Our counsellors encourage you to take ownership of your progress, provide you with tools and strategies to overcome challenges, and to achieve your goals. We believe you have the potential to tap into your own inner resources and strengths.

During our sessions, counsellors use a range of therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to you. These may include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness approaches, trauma-informed practices, solution-focused therapy, somatic approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and more.
