I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to struggle with mental health. As a teenager, I often found myself lost in a maze of heavy emotions, surrounded by friends who were also struggling but had nowhere to turn. There weren’t many supports in my community, and the silence around mental health left me feeling alone, disconnected, and uncertain about where to find relief.

Those experiences shaped who I am today and inspired me to pursue a career in mental health. I completed my Masters in Counselling Psychology, diving deep into my own patterns and fears along the way. Like many, I once thought keeping people at a distance was the safest way to protect myself. Maybe you do this too – building walls instead of bridges, pushing others away
before they have the chance to hurt you.

Through years of personal and professional growth, I’ve learned that genuine connection doesn’t have to mean sacrificing your emotional safety. Boundaries and clear communication can create space for meaningful relationships without losing yourself in the process.

I am here to walk beside you as you navigate your own journey – whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, OCD, attachment struggles, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself. I also offer
nature-based interventions to help ground your nervous system and restore a sense of calm.

Therapy is about more than just talking – it’s about feeling seen, heard, and understood. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to connect. Reach out for a free 15-minute consultation, and let’s explore what healing can look like for you.

Your present circumstances don't determine where you go; they merely determine where you start
