Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, you can change a session online up to 48 hours before your scheduled session. After that time, you must contact us via phone, email, or text. Day sessions (appointments before 4pm), require at least 24 hours notice in advance to cancel or reschedule, to avoid being charged for the session. Evening sessions (appointments after 4pm), require at least 48 hours notice in advance to cancel or reschedule, to avoid being charged for the session. We appreciate your cooperation.
