It's time to challenge and change those maladaptive beliefs and thoughts from your trauma which created trauma symptoms and triggers. As we challenge these destructive beliefs, the triggers and symptoms will decrease, which means you will have healthier thoughts and behaviours. In addition, you will understand how to feel safer, have better intimacy in relationships and connection, greater ability to trust wisely, manage power and control, reduce or eliminate feelings of guilt and shame, and improve your self esteem. This program is delivered in approximately 12-18 individual sessions. This program deals will any type of trauma ranging from domestic assault, neglect, motor vehicle accidents to physical, sexual, emotional, or. mental abuse, and more.
